Policy for processing personal data

This policy describes how Italgraf Media AB processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law (GDPR), including purpose, legal basis, data sharing and your rights.

Purpose

We protect your privacy and process personal data only when needed to fulfill contractual and legal obligations, and to deliver service in our day-to-day work.

How we collect data

Data is collected directly from you, through customer dialogue, newsletter signups, surveys and other direct contact.

Cookies and local storage

The website does not use cookies for advertising or profiling. The following first-party storage is used to operate the website and chat:

• italgraf_locale is a session cookie that helps the website handle the Swedish or English version. It is deleted when the browser session ends.
• italgraf_chat_thread contains a signed technical chat identifier so that messages are connected to the correct Slack thread. It is stored for no more than one hour after the last use and deleted when the chat ends.
• italgraf_chat_last_activity is stored locally in the browser and contains only a timestamp. It is used to end inactive chats after 30 minutes and is deleted when the chat ends.

When you use the website chat, your name, email address and message are sent to our internal Slack workspace so that we can answer your question. The chat is a service that you choose to start.

The contact page shows a locally stored static map image. Google Maps only opens if you click the map link. When Google Maps opens, Google may process technical information and use its own cookies in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

Retention and security

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary. Accounting-related records are stored for at least 7 years according to Swedish accounting law. We apply technical and organizational security controls to protect your data.

Sharing data

We do not share personal data with third parties unless necessary to perform our contractual/legal obligations or if you have given consent. Data processing agreements are in place where required.

Your rights and contact
